Getting to know Alicia

Our on-site chateau manager is Alicia, she moved to France four years ago from the UK. She lives in a cottage on the chateau grounds and is there to help with anything you need during your stay - but if you don't need her, you won't know she's there! 😊
Alicia’s background is in hospitality and catering, with 15 years' experience as a chef - chateau guests who opt for her private dining services rave about her amazing food! She is passionate about food and guests love her delicious family meals, exquisite “à la carte” style fine dining and themed evenings. Alicia provides a private chef service so that you can properly enjoy entertaining your guests in luxury without the hassle of shopping, cooking and the dreaded washing up!
All Preparations are done prior and finished off 'a la minute' in the chateau, leaving your kitchen in the same impeccable state as when I arrived. In addition, Alicia takes great care in hand sourcing the best quality ingredients and uses local produce where possible to assure the freshest taste and to meet her own high standards. You may opt for Alicia to cater all three meals every day or ask her to prepare one outstanding feast for a special occasion. The choice is yours.
Likewise, Alicia can offer you packed lunches if you are going out walking or cycling for the day, buffet style party food and a wide range of BBQ options. Vegetarians and Vegans are well catered for with options on every menu. Please give her plenty of notice of your catering requirements, in advance of arrival so that staffing and arrangements can be made.
