You cannot talk about France without mentioning Paris. It is one of the most visited cities in the world. People are drawn to the city because of various reasons, dreamy imagery and its breath taking panoramic views, iconic Eiffel Tower, spectacular architecture, Disneyland and so much more.
If you are not keen on the city life, you have numerous choices including visiting amazing mountains that are covered in snow. On the other hand, if you are not a fan of the cold. You can take a trip to the sea side and catch some sun on a sandy beach. In addition, around 80% of France is made up of the countryside and Immaculate Chateau is tucked away just outside the village of Temple sur Lot, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of south-west France. Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and find some peace and tranquillity look no further than escaping to the French countryside.
When you visit any country of course you have to absorb their culture to gain the full experience of the trip. This also includes the food (imagine freshly baked croissants and baguettes for breakfast, YUM!) and drinks of course. If you are a wine lover, Immaculate Chateau is the ideal location for you. Bergerac and Burgundy which are wine regions are just on our door step, as you have award winning local vineyards that are small family owned to large producers of worldwide renown. Most do offer wine tasting. In addition, Bordeaux which is one of the wine regions a lot of tourist love to visit, this is located only 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive from Immaculate Chateau. We recommend that on your stay at the chateau you hire a car so that you are able to explore these beautiful areas.
France is steeped in Art, History and Culture. You have The Louvre which is home to the Mona Lisa with around 35,000 other artefacts and artwork. This museum attracts a lot more visitors than any other museum in the world. Historical sites are usually on the itinerary for many visitors. There are many battle sites, churches and stunning chateaux. Paris is also at the heart of fashion, most fashion trends start or take off here and each year glamorous fashion shows take place.
In other words, people love France because the country caters something for everyone from cities full of culture like Paris. ski resorts, beaches, villages, incredible French gardens, chateaux of course and so much more, the list is endless.
